In Detail
Construction Consulting
Our consulting services begin with a needs analysis and preliminary space plan. This is an important phase in the project life cycle as you will need to test the viability of your project. As this phase enters completion we will create an operations plan, identifying the required project controls and your vision specifications. Cost estimating is an important factor in all projects, establishing control measures and creating a preliminary master schedule will ensure the estimated costs are close to accurate . As you prepare for construction we will prepare and identify the qualified and appropriate Design Professionals for the project.
Permit Expediting
We understand the building codes and advise our clients on how to get their building projects approved as quickly as possible. As expeditors we discuss blueprint revisions with plan examiners in an effort to receive application approvals. We also represent our clients at zoning, architectural review and variance hearings.
Business Licensing and Certificate of Occupancy
Once your project is complete you will need to acquire the appropriate licensing to operate within the domiciled city. Our white glove service will complete each step of the process for you.
Design Professionals
Design professionals are an integral piece to any project. We are happy to work though the discovery phase with our clients, leading to recommending a full service suite of design professionals and engineers. Thus ensuring the project is completed efficiently and economically.
Representation Before the Board of Zoning and Adjustment
There are many cases where an attorney or architect is recommended to represent you before the Board of Zoning and Adjustment (BZA). In other cases, a third party can provide representation. We have worked with long standing clients to complete and submit BZA applications as well as present before the board and other advisory committees. Receiving approvals in each case we have presented we would be happy to discuss any concerns and considerations you may have.
